TURKEY
Turkey lies between the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea, partly in Europe, but largely in Asia. In addition to a long coastline on the Black Sea, the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, Turkey also has land borders with Bulgaria and Greece in the west, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia in the northeast, and Syria, Iraq and Iran in the southeast. The Turks are known as very hospitable. Ankara is the capital and also the second largest city. But the most famous city is Istanbul. It's the largest city in Turkey, divided in two by the Bosphorus; the western part belongs to Europe, the eastern part to Asia.
