ME News - Belarus has abolished short-stay visas for citizens of eighty countries. Citizens of the European Union, among others, will be able to enter without a visa via the airport of the capital Minsk for a maximum stay of five days. This arrangement also applies to citizens of the United States, Japan and Brazil, among others. Belavia also announced that it will fly three times a week between Charleroi and Minsk from 27 April 2016. The new route is the first direct connection between Belgium and Minsk.
